MeetingTV, Inc., a videoconferencing startup, has sued cybersecurity firm Koi Security and its parent company Palo Alto Networks, alleging that a threat report containing AI-generated "hallucinations" wrongly tied its infrastructure to malicious activity. As reported by Axios, the suit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California on March 18, 2026, with an amended complaint following in May.
