Google is reportedly developing a dedicated "Skills" menu inside its Gemini desktop application, letting users upload, create and edit reusable instruction sets directly from the native client and even enlist Gemini itself to build them. The unreleased feature, surfaced through a preview of the app's interface, would extend a capability already offered in Chrome to Google's standalone macOS and Windows software.
