KPMG International has withdrawn its October 2025 customer-experience report, "Total Experience: Redefining Excellence in the Age of Agentic AI," after the AI-detection tool GPTZero found that only five of the report's 45 citations accurately pointed to real sources, while the rest were fabricated, altered or nonexistent. KPMG removed the report from some sites and said it was reviewing the document's accuracy and completeness.
