Around June 3, 2026, OpenClaw released a new feature called Skill Workshop that holds the procedures an autonomous AI agent learns from repeated work as "reviewable proposals" instead of pushing them straight into production. When an agent learns reusable skills, it previously rewrote the defining files directly, risking unintended changes to future behavior. The new feature inserts a human review step in between.
