OpenAI disclosed on June 5 that a system issue caused some user accounts to be incorrectly suspended, and said it was restoring access and resolving related subscription and credit impacts. The company opened an incident that morning and, within roughly two hours of identifying the problem, reported that "all impacted services have now fully recovered" (status page).
