Proception Inc., founded by former Tesla engineers, has begun shipping the first batch of its high-degree-of-freedom ProHand robotic hand while disclosing an $11 million seed round and a settlement of a trade-secret lawsuit brought by Tesla. The startup tackles what is regarded as one of the hardest problems in robotics — hands — through a distinctive data-collection approach using a human-worn sensor glove, TechCrunch reported.
