A new skill called "Dev Browser" for Claude Code has been released, letting Anthropic's coding agent launch a real Chrome instance on its own after editing code and visually verify that a bug is fixed. Published on GitHub, Dev Browser (SawyerHood/dev-browser) is a plugin that gives Claude Code browser-control capabilities, driving the browser through sandboxed JavaScript scripts while preserving persistent page state. In a demo video, Claude Code opens Chrome, operates the page, and automatically confirms that the fix took effect.
