Meta Disables Camera on Smart Glasses if Privacy LED Is Tampered

Meta has pushed a mandatory software update for its Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses that fully disables the camera if the device detects that its privacy LED, which signals to bystanders that recording is under way, has been physically tampered with or destroyed.
