Moonshot AI has released Kimi K3, a 2.8-trillion-parameter flagship model that the company positions as its most capable to date, pairing frontier-level benchmark scores with pricing said to rival mid-tier rivals. The model became available in mid-July 2026 across the company's API platform, the Kimi app, a command-line interface and a desktop client.
