A developer has used OpenAI's GPT-5.6 Sol coding model, working inside the Codex environment, to add native touch controls to the original 1996 game Diablo on iPad, replacing its point-and-click interface with a tap-to-move system. The project, called DevilTouch, was published as a source-only developer preview on GitHub and turns direct screen taps into character movement, targeting, looting and combat.
