Anthropic said on July 2, 2026 that it has extended Artifacts in Claude Code — a feature that publishes session output as a live web page — to its individual Pro and Max plans. When a user asks for an artifact, Claude writes the code, publishes it live to a private URL on claude.ai, and updates it in real time while it continues working. The resulting pages are private to each account and fully self-contained.
