Dan Ives, the high-profile technology analyst known for his bullish calls on the AI trade, has teamed up with Yorkville Securities to form Yorkville Ives & Co., a new merchant bank pitched squarely at the capital-formation wave he says artificial intelligence is unleashing. The firm was formally launched on July 15, 2026, weeks after Ives departed Wedbush Securities, where he had spent eight years as Global Head of Technology Research.
