Cognition, the company behind the autonomous AI software engineer Devin, has brought on the team from TierZero and will fold its production-focused agents into Devin Automations. The move, announced by Cognition and detailed in a blog post authored by Walden Yan, adds TierZero co-founders Anhang Zhu and Yun Park to the company and signals an ambition to cover software's full lifecycle rather than just the writing of code.
