Morgan Stanley has emerged as Wall Street's top bank for financing the artificial-intelligence data-center boom, arranging tens of billions of dollars in debt deals and edging past longtime rival Goldman Sachs. Since October 2025, the bank has led or co-led more than $65 billion in bond deals tied to AI and data-center investment, according to Bloomberg's tally, outpacing other large U.S. banks.
