Anthropic said it has fixed a bug in Claude Code that incorrectly raised usage limits for some paying users, and has reset the limits for everyone affected. The issue hit subscribers on the Max and Pro plans, whose weekly limits unexpectedly jumped by more than 20%, in some cases blocking message sending entirely.
