An open-source, self-hosted AI video generator called YumCut, which turns a single prompt into vertical short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts end to end, has been made available. Built by developer Igor Shadurin, its source code is available on GitHub, while a hosted version can be used via the official site. According to the GitHub history, it was published around February 2026 and was still being actively updated as of July.
