FastALPR: open-source library turns any camera feed into a plate reader via pip

FastALPR, an open-source Python library from developer ankandrew that converts any camera feed into a real-time license plate recognition system, is now available. It accelerates both detection and OCR with ONNX Runtime and ships with ready-to-use pretrained models, working the moment you run pip install fast-alpr[onnx]. This puts ALPR (automatic license plate recognition)—long tied to costly commercial products or research-paper-level complexity—within reach of everyday developers.
