An open-source "meta-skill" that observes an AI agent's work sessions and automatically drafts and updates reusable skills has been released. Called "task-observer" (also "One Skill to Rule Them All") and built by Eoghan Henn (rebelytics.com), it has drawn attention among developers who regularly surface AI agent tooling. The project is published on GitHub under the CC BY 4.0 license.
