Moonshot AI's newly released Kimi K3 model built a fully interactive, browser-based simulation of a hypothetical "macOS 27" desktop from essentially a single prompt, in a demonstration that has quickly become a showcase for how far AI-driven "prompt-to-production" coding has advanced. Technology analyst Max Weinbach used the model to generate the working environment, which is publicly viewable and renders a native-looking desktop entirely in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
