Ollama, the open source AI developer tool, has raised $65 million in a Series B round. The round was led by Theory Venture and, combined with an earlier $15 million Series A led by Benchmark's Peter Fenton, brings the company's total funding to $88 million. According to CEO Jeff Morgan, monthly users have grown to more than 8.9 million, approaching 9 million, and the tool is used at 85% of Fortune 500 companies. The company runs with just 14 employees, as TechCrunch reported.
