Nvidia Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang has thrown his company's weight behind Japan's ambition to become an artificial-intelligence powerhouse, teaming with the country's government and industrial giants to build what the partners describe as the world's first national AI infrastructure. During a visit to Tokyo, Huang met with executives from firms including Fujitsu, Fanuc, Yaskawa Electric, Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Toyota, framing the effort as a strategic push into robotics and so-called physical AI.
