Alibaba's Wan research team has released Wan-Streamer v0.2, a full-duplex multimodal foundation model that listens to and watches a user in real time and responds with synchronized speech and video. The core improvement raises output resolution from the previous 192×336 to 640×368 (25 FPS) while holding the model's internal latency at roughly 200ms.
