Thales CERT Open-Sources AI Threat-Detection Tool 'Watcher'

The CERT team at Thales Group, the French defense and security giant, has released Watcher, an AI-powered cyber threat intelligence and monitoring platform, as open source. The latest version, v3.5.0, was released on June 30, 2026. It is licensed under AGPL-3.0, a copyleft license that requires source disclosure even when the software is used over a network.
