SK Hynix, the world's second-largest memory chipmaker, is moving ahead with a plan to raise up to about $28bn through a Nasdaq listing, with a hedge fund run by former OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner among its cornerstone investors. Trading is set to begin on July 10, 2026, with pricing on July 9, structured as a secondary listing of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs).
