On June 15, 2026, Meta announced in a company blog post that it has introduced "AI Mode" to Facebook. The new search feature uses Meta AI to draw across public posts from Groups, Reels and other Meta apps, returning summarized answers grounded in real users' perspectives in response to natural-language questions. It is rolling out gradually, starting with users in the United States.
