Accenture executive says HR will also manage AI agents

Accenture's UK head has said that human resources departments will in future be responsible for managing AI agents as well as human staff. According to the Financial Times, the executive said HR directors will have to take responsibility for overseeing AI agents alongside employees, underscoring the need to formally treat the growing population of autonomous AI inside companies as something the organisation must manage.
