China's ByteDance is in talks to purchase at least 50,000 inference AI chips from Shanghai-based Iluvatar CoreX (天数智芯, HKEX: 9903), according to a Reuters report on June 15, 2026. A deal would make Iluvatar CoreX ByteDance's third domestic GPU supplier, after Huawei and Cambricon.
