Meta has paused an internal program that captures employees' keystrokes, mouse activity and screen content to train AI models, after the collected data was exposed across the company. The leaked data included employees' private conversations, performance information and transcriptions, all of which became accessible company-wide, as confirmed by screenshots obtained by Business Insider.
