Continuum, an open-source MCP server that lets AI coding agents share persistent memory and coordinate tasks, has been released. The repository pouyahasanamreji/continuum says it provides persistent vector memory and orchestration for MCP-compatible clients such as Claude Code, Codex, Cline and Cursor through a single local server. Under the tagline "Your agents forget. Continuum remembers," it enables multiple agents to share lessons across a project and to handle task dispatch and conflict avoidance.
