Ryjox Technologies has released Octopoda-OS, an open-source "memory operating system" that gives AI agents persistent memory, automatic loop detection, and a tamper-evident audit trail through a single Python install. The MIT-licensed package, distributed on PyPI as octopoda, aims to solve a set of recurring headaches in agent development: memory lost on restart or crash, tokens and money wasted on repetitive loops, and the opaque, black-box behavior that makes agent runs hard to debug.
