Amazon Web Services has published an open code sample for an AI agent that lets users query Sentinel-2 satellite imagery in plain English to assess vegetation health, water bodies, and wildfire damage, returning results rendered on an interactive map. The project, released as sample-geospatial-agent-on-aws, packages a working reference implementation that developers can deploy on their own AWS accounts.
