Developer Tom Dörr on July 8, 2026 released an open library called Machine Learning Library on GitHub, consolidating machine learning (ML) education materials scattered across university lectures, arXiv papers and technical blogs into a single, consistent format. The manually curated collection is normalized into Markdown with full provenance, and is designed to serve not only human learners but also AI agents and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
