WorldGen, Open-Source Tool Generating 3D Scenes From Text and Images

WorldGen, an open-source tool that generates explorable 3D scenes from text or a single image in seconds to minutes, has been released and is drawing attention among developers. Created by developer Ziyang Xie, the project is available on GitHub under the Apache-2.0 license; it has been maintained with ongoing updates since it was open-sourced around April 2025 and has gathered roughly 2,000 stars as of July 2026.
