Google Adds Gemini Omni Flash and Nano Banana 2 Lite to Its APIs

Google has added the video generation and editing model "Gemini Omni Flash Preview" and the fast image generation model "Nano Banana 2 Lite" to the Gemini API and Google AI Studio, making them available to developers in preview. Omni Flash is billed as state-of-the-art for video editing, priced at $0.10/sec, the same as the existing Veo 3.1 Fast. Both models are also being rolled out to the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
