Beijing-based Moonshot AI is moving toward a Hong Kong initial public offering as soon as six months from now, just days after the release of its flagship Kimi K3 model reverberated through global technology markets. According to reporting by Bloomberg, the startup has already circulated a shareholder resolution to investors and begun the process for a listing that could value the company at more than $20 billion to $30 billion, with some accounts placing the target around $31.5 billion.
