Higgsfield AI on July 8, 2026 published a comparison workflow in which images generated by ByteDance's "Seedream 5.0 Pro" and OpenAI's "GPT Images 2.0" were each fed into the company's video model "Seedance 2.0" for animation. By running still images from both models through the same video pipeline, it laid out an AI-native production flow that moves from image generation to video generation in one continuous chain.
