On July 2, 2026, HeyGen released "Keyframes," a keyframe control feature for its open-source HTML-to-video framework "HyperFrames," as open source. It rebuilds the internals of pro editing tools as code, and can be used via the npx hyperframes keyframes command. Around the same day, the GitHub repository merged a CLI command that surfaces keyframes from GSAP/CSS/Anime.js and includes 3D motion diagnostics.
