On July 9, 2026, Anthropic added a beta feature called 'Reflect' to its generative AI 'Claude,' which analyzes and summarizes a user's interactions on a monthly basis. It is available for Free, Pro, and Max plans and can be generated directly from the settings screen. Using it requires Claude's memory feature 'Memory' to be turned on. It was published as Reflect with Claude.
