ByteDance, the parent of TikTok, is building its largest-ever data center at the Pecém port complex in the Brazilian state of Ceará, with total investment reaching about 200 billion reais (roughly $39 billion). It is the company's biggest project outside China, with the first data hall slated to come online by the end of 2027.
