Kioxia Holdings said on July 2, 2026 that it has begun sample shipments of 1Tb TLC flash memory built on its 332-layer 10th-generation BiCS FLASH technology. Targeting AI data center operators as its main customers, the company aims to expand its share of the NAND storage market on the strength of higher density and lower power consumption.
