A newly released open-source plugin called opencode-mem aims to solve one of the persistent pain points in AI-assisted coding: the loss of context between sessions. The tool, published on GitHub under the MIT license, gives OpenCode coding agents a form of long-term memory by storing project context in a local vector database rather than starting each session from a blank slate.
