An open-source desktop app, tylergraydev/claude-code-tool-manager, that lets developers manage the settings of Claude Code and other AI coding tools through a visual interface instead of hand-editing JSON and markdown files has been released. It handles scattered configurations such as MCP servers, Commands, Skills, Sub-Agents, and Hooks through a GUI, and word of it is spreading among developers.
