NVIDIA has released Nemotron 3 Ultra, an open-weight large language model designed for autonomous agents. Built as a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model with 550B total and 55B active parameters, it ships with weights, training data and recipes fully open under the OpenMDW 1.1 license.
