Spotify has begun rolling out a conversational AI assistant that lets Premium subscribers steer their music, podcasts and audiobooks through natural-language chat, marking its most ambitious step yet toward turning voice and text into the primary way people interact with the app. The feature, called "Talk to Spotify," arrived in beta on July 14, 2026, and is available through both the Home screen and the Now Playing view via text or voice input, according to the company's official announcement.
