Anthropic has begun beta testing a new feature called "Reflection" that lets Claude users review how they use the AI. According to Axios, the feature, announced on July 9, 2026, allows users to see how much time they spend with Claude, the topics they cover, their task patterns and how their usage aligns with their goals.
