Image-generation firm Midjourney is asking a federal court to force major studios Disney, Universal and Warner Bros. Discovery — the parties suing it for copyright infringement — to disclose extensive records of their own internal AI use. In the discovery phase of the case before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (Judge John Kronstadt), Midjourney has filed a motion to compel the three studios to reveal the details of how they deploy AI internally.
