The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) published its final report, The Mills Review, on July 6, 2026, forecasting that AI will fundamentally reshape retail financial services from 2030 and finding that about 11 million UK adults (20%) are likely to use autonomous "agentic AI" to manage their personal finances.
