NVIDIA has formalized a new program for AI cloud providers (neo-clouds) under which it financially backstops GPU purchases in exchange for a share of their cloud revenue, launching around July 1, 2026. Named early partners include Australia's Sharon AI (up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs) and Indonesia's Firmus (a campus scaling to as many as 170,000 GPUs). Under the model, NVIDIA earns ongoing revenue share tied to corresponding capacity on top of hardware sales, and leases back or repurchases unused GPU capacity at fixed rates to reduce financing risk for emerging operators. The specific revenue-share percentage has not been disclosed.
