Character.AI Launches AI Vertical Dramas That Let Viewers Chat With Characters

Character.AI (character.ai) has launched "c.ai Series," AI-generated vertical microdramas featuring an interactive twist: after each episode, viewers can message and chat with the characters. The debut lineup includes three titles, each made up of 10 episodes. Each episode runs under two minutes and is delivered as vertical video optimized for mobile. Episodes 1 through 8 are free for Character.AI users, while episodes 9 and 10 sit behind a paywall. Users aged 18 and over can chat with the characters, while minors can only watch.
