A growing open-source library called getdesign.md is packaging the visual DNA of well-known products into structured Markdown files that developers can hand to AI coding agents, aiming to cure the "generic Tailwind" look that plagues AI-generated interfaces. The project, maintained by VoltAgent, distributes hundreds of ready-made DESIGN.md files that describe how brands such as Apple, Tesla, Stripe, Figma, Linear, Notion, Vercel and even AI tools like Claude and Cursor handle color, typography, components, spacing and elevation.
